Technique 101 – Using Washi Tape

Techniques 101 Monthly Blog Hop

This months Technique 101 blog hop we are sharing cards we have made using Washi Tape.  If you are anything like me you have tons of Washi Tape but it’s just too pretty to use!  There are so many ways to use Washi Tape and I decided to create my own bunting for a birthday card.Big on Birthdays Technique 101 Washi Tape Card

I simply wrapped a piece of Washi Tape around a piece of linen thread and stuck it together so it was double thickness.Washi tape bunting made by Michelle Last

I then cut a little V in the base with scissors.  Cut up the centre as deep as you want the V but to me and then cut from each corner to meet the cut for perfect even bunting each time!
