Birthday Blossoms from Stampin’ Up!

I hope you are safe and warm and not suffering any disruption in the current stormy weather we are suffering.  I have something to brighten your day using the Birthday Blossoms Stamp set.  It’s in the annual catalogue and an old favourite of mine as it has a perfect mix of images and greetings.Birthday Blossoms from Stampin' Up!

I did some masking by stamping the flower on a piece of photocopy paper and cutting it out to use as a mask.

I added the straight edge of the paper across the card front so as not to stamp below where the ribbon will be.

I coloured the image with my Stampin’ Blends and added some glitter dots for some more interest and dimension.  The ribbon bow adds a real pop of colour and is a welcome bit of brightness.

Pretty simple and easy to replicate using any of the greetings included in the set.

Sale-a-bration is in its final month and with every £45 you spend you can choose a free gift from the 16 items on offer.  There are some really lovely items including the recently added Springtime Foils Designer Series Paper.  There are lots of lovely free items to choose from, don’t hang about get them free with every £45 you spend.

  1. I am really loving this card – love the colours and simplicity of the card

  2. Beautiful card Michelle. I tend to forget about the annual catalogue with all the wonderful things offered in the occasions catalogue. After seeing your card today I think I need to look again at the annual. Take care.
