I hope you are having a wonderful Easter weekend.
I promised I would be back with more gifts which I shared with my team at the Stampin’ Up! OnStage event in Amsterdam.
I had a gift for my direct team members who went to the OnStage event. I was given this bag by one of my friends and team members Nicole and it planted a little seed at what a lovely gift this would be to share with my team.
I purchased the initial bags from Next and then added sweeties, pens and highlighter as we were to receive a copy of the brand new Annual catalogue whilst at the event.
I included a swap inside the bag and also handmade a magnetic closure bookmark for their new catalogue which had the Stampin Up Statement of the Heart on it.
It is such a lovely reminder as to why we do what we do and perfectly represents Stampin’ Up!
I used the layering squares framelits and a little heart from the Enamel Shapes.
I also organised a team dinner at a very swanky restaurant near the conference centre call The Roast Room.
I wanted to create a table plan and rather than make name plates for each place I decided I would make a frame with a personalised quote for each person unique to them.
I slipped them inside the little glassine gift bags and cello bags and made a matching tag and added their names.
I had a real near miss as I had two Lisa’s at the dinner and realised shortly before they looked at their gift that I had them the wrong way round! It was seriously a close shave when you know that one of the frames quoted
‘If anyone breaks your heart, punch them in the face, seriously punch them in the face and go get ice cream’.
We had a lovely evening and got to hang out and meet our fellow US demo’s Janet Wakeland, Lisa Pretto and Georgia Giguere who had travelled from the US to enjoy OnStage in Amsterdam.
And finally we had a celebratory event held by Stampin Up at a local hotel which included a Michelin * dinner and dancing along with a lovely gift of a new stamp set and apron.
I gave a gift to those who attended, they work hard to reach the title of Silver Elite to be invited and I wanted to know I really do appreciate them. Inside these gift bags were some planner goodies as we are all planner geeks.
And finally we managed to organise a team photo, nearly everyone made the photo and I really enjoy working alongside all these wonderful ladies from across Europe.
I hope you enjoyed a little insight into the Stampin Up events, why not join me next time? Simply buy the starter kit and join my team of demo’s, I know you would love it!
