Team Gifts for Stampin Up OnStage

I hope you are having a wonderful Easter weekend.

I promised I would be back with more gifts which I shared with my team at the Stampin’ Up! OnStage event in Amsterdam.

I had a gift for my direct team members who went to the OnStage event.  I was given this bag by one of my friends and team members Nicole and it planted a little seed at what a lovely gift this would be to share with my team.

I purchased the initial bags from Next and then added sweeties, pens and highlighter as we were to receive a copy of the brand new Annual catalogue whilst at the event.

I included a swap inside the bag and also handmade a magnetic closure bookmark for their new catalogue which had the Stampin Up Statement of the Heart on it.

It is such a lovely reminder as to why we do what we do and perfectly represents Stampin’ Up!

I used the layering squares framelits and a little heart from the Enamel Shapes.

I also organised a team dinner at a very swanky restaurant near the conference centre call The Roast Room.

I wanted to create a table plan and rather than make name plates for each place I decided I would make a frame with a personalised quote for each person unique to them.

I slipped them inside the little glassine gift bags and cello bags and made a matching tag and added their names.

I had a real near miss as I had two Lisa’s at the dinner and realised shortly before they looked at their gift that I had them the wrong way round!  It was seriously a close shave when you know that one of the frames quoted
‘If anyone breaks your heart, punch them in the face, seriously punch them in the face and go get ice cream’.

We had a lovely evening and got to hang out and meet our fellow US demo’s Janet Wakeland, Lisa Pretto and Georgia Giguere who had travelled from the US to enjoy OnStage in Amsterdam.

And finally we had a celebratory event held by Stampin Up at a local hotel which included a Michelin * dinner and dancing along with a lovely gift of a new stamp set and apron.

I gave a gift to those who attended, they work hard to reach the title of Silver Elite to be invited and I wanted to know I really do appreciate them.  Inside these gift bags were some planner goodies as we are all planner geeks.

And finally we managed to organise a team photo, nearly everyone made the photo and I really enjoy working alongside all these wonderful ladies from across Europe.Pinkies Team Photo with Michelle Last

I hope you enjoyed a little insight into the Stampin Up events, why not join me next time?  Simply buy the starter kit and join my team of demo’s, I know you would love it!

Endless Thanks from Stampin’ Up!

Following on from my card yesterday for the InKing Royalty blog hop I have another card made using the same style using the Endless Thanks stamp set (one of my favourite stamp sets).  I love the clean style of this card and the white space make the flower stamps pop.

Endless Thanks raised greeting card

The hello sentiment is cut from Hello You Thinlit dies.  I cut three lots of smoky slate ‘hello’ words and one in white and glued them together to create height and dimension.

Endless Thanks Close Up

I finished off the flowers with enamel dots.

All the supplies I used to make the card are shown below, simply click this link to go to my shop to place an online order.  Please use the hostess code when spending £20+ to receive a free thank you gift from me.  If you spend £45 you can also choose a free sale-a-bration, see the leaflet on the right to see the free items available.

3 more items will be added to the free sale-a-bration offering on Tuesday 21st Feb, so not long to wait…

Pinkies Team Punch Challenge – Holly Berry Builder Punch

I am excited to share with you today my Pinkies team entries for challenge where where they needed to make projects using our punches. We have amazing punches manufactured by EK Success in our own exclusive designs and they make using the coordinating stamp sets a breeze! Pinkies Team Design Challenge with Michelle Last We sell so many lovely punches and I have to confess that when a punch retires I don’t part with it which might be why my punch draw is groaning under the weight and has had to be reinforced several times! Before I show you what ideas and projects my team came up with I wanted to share with you the card I made using the Holly Berry Builder Punch.  I have been wanting a punch to create holly for some time and love this punch as it has two sizes of holly, the berries and also a lovely bow. holly-berry-builder-punch from stampin up This card was pretty quick to make which is just what I need at this time of year as I am feeling rather swamped and disorganised.

I die cut a wreath from the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits and added a sentiment in the centre on vellum from the Wonder of Christmas stamp set and added some gold bakers twine and gold metallic thread along with the holly which was punched out of dazzling diamonds glimmer paper and coloured with Garden Green marker pen.

I added the beautiful red enamel shapes for berries and added a black dot to make them appear more like real berries. Love that holly embossed back ground too which I sponged in whisper white ink and distressed the edges to give a more vintage feel to the card.

So it is now time to reveal what my wonderful team members have been creating with their Stampin’ Up! punches and I would love you to vote for your 3 favourite projects. Take a look at all the entries below and please vote for your three favourites by clicking the heart in the top right of the image. Voting closes on Thursday 15th December at midnight and the winner (the most voted for project) will be announced on my blog on Friday and will win a mini stampin up spending spree!

Letters for You WOW card

Today I am literally sharing a WOW card using the Letters for You Stamp set and matching framelit dies.  The card is for the Global Design Project’s weekly challenge and this week it’s a colour challenge which means that the winner will be invited to be a guest designer on the next colour challenge.

Letters for You from Stampin Up

It is a really pretty colour palette this week and we are using Blushing Bride, Mint Macaron & Rich Razzleberry.

#GDP057I had this this idea to cut out the word ‘WOW’ and make it into a shaker card.  I cut out the letters and then stamped the letter in the relief.  I then added the adhesive strips around each letter to make each letter an individual shaker and then added sequins and punch outs from the confetti stars border punch.

I did stamp the beautiful flourish from Falling Flowers and die cut the flowers and leaves from the matching flourish thinlits dies.  Isn’t the leaf pretty?

Letters for You from Stampin Up

The final flourish was some rich razzleberry enamel shapes in the centre of the flowers.

So I really hope you enter this weeks challenge and make something using the three colours shown above.  Please pop on over to the Global Design Project to enter your project and also to see what the other wonderful design team have made too!

All the items I have used to make this card are shown below, click any of the images to go direct to my online shop to place your own order.  Please enter the monthly hostess code if your order is £20+ and you will receive a free thank you gift from me too!

So looking forward to seeing what you make using these three colours.

Best Birds Congratulations Card

I have another card to share today made with the Best Birds stamp set from Stampin Up.  I made something different this time and made a Congratulations card and used the branch stamp.

Best Birds Congratulations Card

I used the Fancy Frost Speciality Designer Series Paper for the background (because it is just lovely) and stamped the branch from Best Birds and coloured it with an aqua painter and our dye inks.

I die cut the congrats word using the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits dies in flirty flamingo cardstock.  I then used Watermelon Wonder ink and a sponge to only sponge the bottom half of the word to get a graduated effect.

Something a little different today but I hope it shows you how versatile the Best Birds stamp set is.

All the products I used to make this card are available from my online shop, simply click the images below to go direct to my online shop to make a purchased.  Please use the hostess code to receive a free thank you gift.
