I am still pinching myself and feel that I shouldn't be shouting this from the rooftops incase my calculations are wrong but I have actually earned the Monaco incentive trip in 2010.
Ok, now I feel like whooping out loud and I am absolutely thrilled and honoured to be going along with such an exclusive group of talented Stampin Up demo's – a little old' me!!
I honestly never thought this would be possible and I would like to share my inpiration with you. This photo has been on my notice board for over 6 months. It is of my dear friend Val and her daughter Jackie. Not only did these two lovely ladies introduce me to Stampin Up before it had even been launched in the UK but they have both helped and guided me and most importantly of all believed in me.
That's Shelli in the middle, the cofounder and CEO of Stampin Up whilst they were on the US incentive trip to Hawaii earlier this year.
I have been touched by the support of the lovely Paula at HQ who gave a fantastic presentation back in Feb on setting your sights on a goal and making it acheivable. I broke my goal down into acheivable monthly targets which felt less daunting and worked from month to month.
My lovely customers have also helped too :-) by spending over £12,000 in the last year – thank you all so much for loving Stampin up products as much as I do, I really appreciate your business.
And of course my fantastic downline who without their promotions I would have never been able to be writing this blog post. They are an amazing bunch of ladies who I am so glad picked me as their upline (ok this is starting to sound like an oscar speech – the tears are being to well up!!)
And of course I cannot forget Monica and Amanda for cheering me from the sidelines and emailing me their encouragement.
So 1st October is looming and for all the demo's out there who are determined to earn the next incentive trip. My best advice would be – Believe in yourself and set your self small and acheivable targets x
