Last weekend I went along to a Scrapbook retreat in Cheshire called Inspire. I stayed at the lovely Jane's house and combined my trip up there with a Stampin' Up team training. It was so nice to meet some of the members of The Pink Ladies and spend the day crafting with them. Jane's daughters were both SO sweet and made me laugh so much with their little expressions.
We arrived at the Mollington House Hotel in Cheshire and instantly saw the most breathtaking project, wish we had arrived early enough to take that class :-( We had back to back classes and made so many gorgeous projects, none of which I have actually completed!! Our teachers were Lance Anderson, Karen Burniston, Lida de Witte, Dina Wakeley and Emma Trout. All the classes were so different and it was great to be crafting again FOR ME, not for anyone else or a class or a blog post, just for my pleasure – BLISS. This what me made in Lida's class –
and these are the three mini albums inside
Don't you love the flowers???? Dina was so funny, I shall be chuckling about our dinner conversation for weeks to come.
We made this from supplies from a builders merchants and I cannot wait to get it done. I have some other gorgeous projects to show you so check back next weeek for more piccies.
