I have lots of congratulating to do this month as my team of girls have been busy promoting all over the place. I am so lucky to be part of this fantastic group of girls (the Pink Ladies) and just have started to acknowledge their sucesses with Promotion rewards. This is just a little something I do for my team seperate to anything that Stampin' Up do for us to show how clever they are.
For every promotion they get from Bronze 2 and above they will receive a keyring and a little bead to add to the keyring as they promote. They will also receive one for each event they attend and some of the ladies keyrings will be groaning under the weight of the beads before you know it. (if you are in my downline check out the downline blog for more details) and for those of you who have promoted and not heard from me check your post box in a couple of days. And for those of you on their way to Bronze 2 this is what could be coming your way next month….. (this is mine – hands off :-))
