I made this little card using the All a Flutter new individual stamp (£4.95) from the new mini catalogue. I relly adore this stamp and have used it several different ways already but this time I chose to use the poppin' pastels technique.
You stamp your image in versamark and then using the sponge daubers and the Stampin Up' Pastels/chalks you rub the chosen colour over the versamark stamped image. It makes the chalks 'pop' and look really bright and colourful.
The heart stamp is from the new I {heart} hearts stamp set and I also used the new satin old olive ribbon.
Hope you had a great Easter
Wow Michelle! What a lovely card! Now you’re making me want that stamp:)
Very nice!!!

I have that stamp but not used it yet 🙂
I’m just about to put another order into Stampin’ Up! and now that I’ve seen how good the butterfly looks, guess I’ll have to add that too! I’m a great fan of the ‘poppin pastels’ effect and they look absolutely beautiful on your card!
