It was our wedding anniversary on Friday, we had been telling everyone we had been married for 18 years but my sister pointed out that it was actually 17 years! I had a training event on Friday evening with Stampin Up so we managed to sneak lunch together. What a very understanding hubby I have 🙂
The training was such great fun and I was blown away by the gorgeous projects we saw being made with the lovely new products from the up and coming catalogue. It was so great to receive so many wonderful swaps and I left feeling inspired and having met up with some old and some new friends.
I made him this little ensemble shown above. I used the I [heart] hearts set, Tiny Tags and Forest Friends as they are all my faves from the current mini catalogue. There isn't long till you will no longer be able to purchase from the mini catalogue (end of Sept) and I bet you are wondering what will be carried over into the main catalogue?? Not long to wait now and my batch of lovely new catalogues will be with me any day now so any of you who have pre-ordered a copy will find out very soon…. It's not too late to order your copy, just follow the paypal link above.
I made the [love] cheque book with the owls on the front. Here is a close up
and here is the inside….
As you can see these cheques are blank as I decided not to fill out the cheques before I photographed them! I have to save something for my husband don't I?? Poor thing, has to share every card I give him with my blog I thought my promises need to be private. I bet you are wondering aren't you……
Hope you like it x
Love the owls on the love cheque book – they are so cute!
Wow these are wonderful Michelle bet he loved them and of course you need to keep a little something just between the two of you.. hope you had a great day 🙂
You’ve given me a right giggle tonight! Lovely card and cheque book, love the owls facing each other. I’d not thought of doing that. xx
