Hi there, I have fallen head over heels with this butterfly stamp from the free Bliss set and cannot stop using it. I made this card for a workshop I had last night with a lovely group of ladies that I had not seen for a long old time. It was so great to catch up and Ireally enjoyed it, how lucky am I that I can call that 'work'!!
We had a play with the spritzer tool and the distressing kit as well as the cutter kit and got a vintage feel to the card. The butterfly was stamped using the rock and roll technique in Pink Pirouette and Cherry Cobbler Ink and no card of mine lately could be complete without some pearls….
Lots of you have commented on my untidy craft space and I feel the need to redeem myself. I do love to tidy and part of the reason I get so messy whilst I am crafting is because I love the tidy at the end. Well, earlier this week when I could not find my crafting mojo I had a good old tidy whilst I was waiting for my mojo to make an appearance. So here are some photo's of the results. It still looks messy but I know where everything is and if I cannot see it I wont use it so everything has to be on show. I have shown you my craft space before but we all enjoy a nosey round someones craft room don't we?
That reminds me of one of my team who lives far far away, who after seeing me doing a draw at my house on my flip cam, said she would love to have a nosey round my house. I told her that if she promoted I would do a video tour just for her :-) She did promote and I did give her a tour – just for her, he he! So fo anyone else interseted here are the first set of photo's more to follow in the next few days…..
That's all for now, come back to see the rest, have a great weekend x
I love the way you have your stamps displayed! That makes it so easy to find what you are looking for and that’s half the battle!
