Morning all, hope you had a good weekend and are ready to see a set that most of you will have overlooked in the Stampin Up catalogue.
It's this little beauty, Cottage Garden (p 53 in the catalogue) and £15.95 for clear and £18.95 for wood. Such amazing value at £2.70 per stamp if you choose the wood set!!!
I really hope that by the end of the week you will have fallen in love with this set as much as I have. Here is my first little project. When I first sat down with this set I had made loads of samples using the flower and sentiment images but was really at a loss as to what to do with the branch/stem image. With a little tinkering, I was delighted with this card that I think it was my favourite of all I made –
I used Sahara Sand as a card base and folded the card base like this –
The supplies I used were –
Cardstock – Very Vanilla, Sahara Sand & Old Olive
Ink – Early Espresso,, Rich Razzleberry & Perfect Plum
Stamp sets – Cottage Garden & Tiny Tags
Accessories – Basic Pearls (just for a change :-)), scallop border punch, Cosmo Glitter and the paper crimper (for the leaves)
I also have a pack of Cottage Wall DSP 12×12 which was available a while back but is sadly no longer available. So anyone adding me to the list of blogs they follow (follow me link on the left of my blog) and leaving a comment will go into a draw at the end of the week to win the pack of 12×12 paper.
Come back tomorrow for more from the Cottage Garden set…..
