Hello again, super busy here and I really need to craft and it is so frustrating that I cannot share everything I am making with you as I am making projects using new items from the mini catalogue, won't be long now before you can see everything.
I had a fabulous day yesterday with some of my team on the Stamp with Me Reward Day. This was a day for the members of my team that promoted to the next level by the end of December. I laid on lunch and a lovely project for them all to make to show them how much I appreciate them.
I have some photo's of the swaps I received which I will post tomorrow and I also have some lovely gifts I received from my lovely team too so make sure you stop by again really soon.
Today's card is for a special lady to tell her I am thinking of her and wishing her a speedy recovery. I must admit I own too many stamp sets, I am so lucky to have earned lots of free stamps in my 3 years as a demo and some of them have not been mounted yet!! I received the Funky Four set at convention last October and this is the first chance I had to use it. I know that I wanted to make a clean and simple card and I honestly did not think that this little flower would translate to a card all on its own. I was really happy with it, simple but it does the job…..
As a nice surprise I made the inside just as pretty,
The sentiment is from Hopeful Thoughts (£25.95), The flower is from Funky Four (£10.95/£14.95) and the pink striped paper is from the DSP patterns pack in Brights £15.50. I also used the scallop square punch, the square punch and the scallop border punch as well as a button (£7.75 for 72 buttons in 6 colours).
Hope you like it, come back tomorrow for more…..
That’s a really lovely card Michelle. Now I just must buy some of those buttons … doesn’t it look simply divine tied up with linen thread? Love it!
This is just so beautiful Michelle. I am such a CAS card fan and you’ve done a fab job with this one!
Hugs, Vicky ~x~
