This is the second card we made in the Technique class. I did actually embellish the sides of the window sheets with the ribbon dotted scallop ribbon border in black cardstock. I cut it in half and it added a lovely accent detail to the finished card. I took this photo whilst I was waiting for my new catalogue items to arrive and now I can't phorograph it as it is pouring here and it is too dark to take a photo. Anyway, I don't need any excuses to hold up my blog posting so I thought I would send it as it is. So simple but very striking.
I stamped the leaves and dotted background in black staz on onto the window sheets, perfect for so many occasions and I plan to make a few more to keep aside fot the right occasion.
It was another crazy busy weekend, Christmas card class on Satuday (photos to follow), team training on Sunday for 43 of us (photos at some point!!!) and then my Open House on Tuesday and Thursdayevening. Which means I have not been home much and I think someone missed me………….
What a little poppet, I missed her too – oh and my husband and the kids of course!!!!!!!!!!!!
And if you are free Thursday evening and are close enough to pop in to my Open House I would love to see you.
I hope the sun is shining where you are,
love
