I made this little treat for my husband for Valentines day. I used the mini milk carton die to make the house. I stamped the background with the woodgrain back ground stamp and made a door and roof to fit. I wanted to make the shack look a little worn so I roughed up the edges of the roof and inked the edges. The door is adorned with a red glimmer paper heart punch and brads have made a door handle and also a nail head for the sign which I hand wrote.
I attempted to make a chimney rather unsuccessfully! Is it me or do your own ideas seem much more amazing than the reality?? This little milk carton die holds the perfect amount of chocolates or even a creme egg so I guess the challenge is now to make and easter one!!
Hope you like it.

I love your little shack, it’s gorgeous, too cute!! I think you did an amazing job. I must get the Stampin’ up catalogue and place an order soon, it looks like they have some fab things out at the moment!!

Hello Michelle, Love the different idea for a Valentines, especially for a chap.
Maybe if I make one for my man he might get the hint to whisk me away to a sun drenched beach!
