Gift Vouchers for Christmas to spend on Stampin’ Up! Goodies……

I have had some requests for Gift Vouchers for your loved ones this Christmas and wanted to show you how they come ready to give on Christmas morning, (you could even hang it on the tree)…..

I am taking orders and can print a voucher for any denomiation you choose!  All you need to do is call me and pay over the phone with a debit or credit card and I will create your gift card holder and pop it in the post to you before Christmas.  If you wish we can even include a copy of the catalogue to make choosing their gift even easier!

Once they have made their choice, the can email me or call me with their chosen items and redeem their voucher.  Please note these vouchers are from me, Michelle Last, Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and NOT Stampin' Up! as a company.  I can organise delivery to anywhere in the UK and delivery is £4.95 and can be paid for using the voucher.  There is no expiry date and the voucher can be used with others offer and promotions from Stampin' Up!.

Now you might be thinking this is all very well but I would like a voucher for me!!  Super easy, just forward the link to this blog post in an email to your friends and family with the words 'hint hint' in the title and we will do the rest.

So just in case you were wondering how to make these gift card holders yourself, I thought I would share how its done.

Supplies Used –

Holiday Stocking Bigz L Die £28.95, Northern Flurry Emboss Folder £7.50, Delicate Designs Emboss Folder £8.50, scallop border punch £14.25, Ex-Large Oval Punch £15.50, Brights Glimmer brads £4.50, Always Artichoke seam binding £6.25, Decorative Label Punch £15.50, Old Olive and Crumb Cake Ink (£4.95 each), Cherry Cobbler, Naturals White & Old Olive cardstock.

Cut two of the stocking shapes from the Holiday Stocking Bigz Die and Emboss them individually using the Northern Flurry Emboss Folder.  Ensure you have the stocking the correct way up to get a raised effect on both sides.

Cut a piece of neutrals white cardstock 10cm x 14cm and score as shown below at 4cm, 7cm & 10cm.  Fold it and cut it using the Stocking die and position your scored cardstock just below the cut line for the top of the stocking along the top (see below).

Do not emboss before you cut as it will flatten the embossed pattern (like I did!).

This is just to show you that the inner piece is shorter than the outside embossed pieces, this is where you will punch the decorative label punch to house the gift card or voucher.

Punch two strips using the scallop border punch and glue to the underside of the embossed stocking top.

Stick the foot shaped stocking to the underside of the white embossed stocking top ensuring that they pieces overlay one another exactly.

Tir a ribbon loop and attach to the front of the stocking.

Score a piece of old olive cardstock and punch an extra large oval with the score line going from top to bottom.

Fold on the crease line and punch out along the curved edge to create the holly.

Do the top and bottom ends first and then continue until the punch outs join up.

 

Viola!! Then ink your edges using Old Olive ink and a sponge. Add it to the front with the ribbon and two red glimmer brads to represent berries.

Create a block for inside the stocking to write your greeting.  I used the rudolf stamp from the Make a Mitten stamp set.

On the protruding inner piece punch the edge out using the decorative label punch.

This happens to fit a gift card perfectly 🙂

But I fold a gift voucher and insert it in the opening for anyone purhcasing a gift voucher.

 

And you should be done! The picture below makes the stocking look tiny as my fingers are close to the camera 🙂
