This is another of the cards we made at my recent Technique Class. It is a centre step card and here is a guide on how to cut and score the cardstock to make this card. It has a mixture of centimetres and inches (sorry that is just how my brain works) so I hope that is OK for you.
We used the new flower trim on the front of the card which add a super quick but very effective accent to the card front. This card had quite a lot of cutting and I used a little trick to cut out inside the handles. If you punch a small hole in the section where you are cutting to enable you to get your scissor tips in, it will make your life a whole lot easier to get the cutting started!
Cardstock – Naturals Ivory, Elegant Eggplant, So Saffron, Whisper White, Patterns stack in subtles & Tea for Two designer series paper.
Inks – Elegant Eggplant
Stamps – Tea Shoppe
Tools & Embellishments – Little leaves sizzlit, Large oval punch and scallop oval punch and flower trim (p.5 of Spring/Summer seasonal).
And this card even fits into a regular C6 envelope!
Hope you had a great weekend, Amy arrived home safe and sound and it was lovely to have her back. She was so tired and I thought she might struggle to get up this morning but she managed it, she did not manage to tidy her room before she left though :0) Happy days x
