My lovely downline promotion rewards

I am so sorry I have not been blogging much in the last week, I have been struggling with a virus and I am still not feeling great.  The cough and sore throat have gone but my energy levels are so low and am still sleeping lots. Hopefully by next week I will be back to normal and that I might find my mojo some where round here too 🙂

I am so thankful to be able to congratulate some of my downline for promoting up the ranks and I am so proud of them.  Anyone in my extended team who promotes to the next level will receive a promotion reward from me with a keyring and a bead and as they further promote they receive an additional bead to add to their keyring.

So I made a beautiful little box using the Comfort Cafe DSP and embellished the top with a creped filter paper flower made using the scallop circle punch.  I bet you have completely overlooked the creped filter paper on page 6 of the spring and summer catalogue, it is so reasonable and is so easy to make into beautiful flowers!

Inside the box I added the keyring and the bead but inside the box I added a little something different.

On the inside flap was a talking tag, you may have heard of these, it is something new that Stampin' Up! introduced earlier in the year and I have been meaning to use them for what seems like ages.

The idea is that you add the talking tag sticker to your handmade card, you download the free app from itunes and scan the QR code with your smart phone.  You can then record up to a 60 second message and once they receive the item, they can download the free app and scan the code and listen to your message – how cool!!
