I am here, I know I have been quiet on my blog, I am struggling to get back into working full days with the kids around. I seem to be taking them everywhere and trying to fit work in when I can. And it's Amy's 15th birthday today so I am darting on and off the computer when I can in between visits, phone calls and special treats.
But I wanted to share this swap I made for people who had inspired me during my Stampin' Up! journey. I made about 30 of these ready to give to people I saw whilst I was in the US to let them know how much I appreciate them sharing their creativity.
Blogging is a funny thing, you give part of yourself, put it out there and quite often have no idea if anyone is reading it or how it is received. Of course you get lovely comments from time to time which mean so much but in this busy life we live in, it is difficult to stop and take a moment to tell people how much they have helped/inspired or made your day. So this was my way of doing that…
Stamps – Postcard & Gorgeous Grunge (message was printed on my computer)
Cardstock- Soft Suede, Crumb Cake & Naturals White Cardstock
Ink – Crumb Cake & Versamark
Tools & Embellishments – Linen Thread, Pewter Embossing powder, heat tool & dimensionals
Hope you like them, enjoy your day…
So nice of you to take the time and acknowledge the people who have given you inspiration on your Stampin’ Up! Journey. We should all follow your lead. Beautiful card as well. Thanks for sharing xo
And I bet you don’t take the time to think about how much you too have inspired people and continue to do so 🙂 thank you Michelle xx
I hope you kept one for yourself as I am sure it echoes the sentiment of your Pinkies team 🙂
Love the post card stamp!! You made the great postcard card for a party just before you left which was so wonderful, that I cased it into a thank you card for my sons school teacher! Was making them at 11pm the night before his last day at school!! Was it worth it!! Yes it was! Thank you!

Maybe I will, after seeïng your picture :-))
I saw this card at Jackie Ross’ home. She is displaying it on her boards she puts out for stamp club and classes. Several of us were dissecting how it was done and taking pictures. Prepare for this card to appear around north Texas soon – all thanks to you!
