Last weekend I took a flying visit to Holland to spend the day with my Dutch team at a Stampin Up regional event in Houten. I was there for one night and got to see all their lovely faces and give them all a hug and the traditional three kisses {that to took quite some time let me tell you}.
As I was going to be seeing some of my team in person I took along their gifts for promoting to the next title. We have a career plan with Stampin’ Up! and there are manageable targets to reach the next title to receive product bonuses and financial incentives. Its s big deal to get promoted and I make all my direct recruits a card and a little gift to congratulate them which includes a keyring and for each promotion they receive a bead to add to their keyring so over time they will be able to add more and more beads and each one will remind them of a milestone achievement of event.
This card was a variation of a card I made a while back which was cased from Tracy May, but I used a new sentiment from the new num-num stamp set which will be available in the new catalogue from 1st July.
We had a great day, Caro did a great creative presentation, you can see what she made by popping over to her blog. We also had a group photo and a Pinkies team photo, can you see me? WOW I cannot believe there are so many Pinkies in that photo! We are all reaching up the stairs too!
If you wish to join the fun, don’t forget the starter kit is still £50 until the end of June, get in touch to find out more.
It was was too quick but I had to be back for my kids exams. It is the last exam today, finally we will be celebrating tonight and tomorrow with prom so think how relieved Dom & Amy must feel by later this afternoon!
Hope you have a great day too and it is another scorcher!
