Today’s card was made using a sketch from Stamping&Blogging. It is sketch #61 and the sketch lent itself to using the Tape It stamp set which is deigned to look like washi tape. I knew I had to own this set when it was launched in the catalogue last year and it has been sitting waiting for me to use it. And do you know what, I wish I had picked it up and used it sooner, it is great! I created a quick and easy background which made this card come together so quickly, I will definitely be going back to this card design again when I need a card in a hurry!
Here is the inside……
This also gives you a close up of the daisy. I adore daisies and had a play with some new punches and created this little beauty! I have created a video to share how I made them and will post it next Tuesday as one of my tuesdays tip videos to launch the new annual catalogue so tune back in then to take a look.
I love how the gold sequins really sets the card off beautifully and now that we have alcohol markers I cannot stop colouring in the pearls and rhinestones! So lets pop on over to see what the other ladies have made –

So beautiful. The sequin trim is the perfect addition, it just gives the card real WOW factor.
Love all the little details on this card Michelle, from the pretty flowers, with golden centres, to the sequin trim. Very summery!
