Banner Banter Baby card using Stampin’ Up!

September 17, 2014 By Michelle Last

I had some wonderful news recently that a friend had twins and I wanted to make two extra special baby cards and I had a card to make using the sketch from Stamping&Blogging so I thought I would use the sketch to get started.
baby-cards using Banner Banter from stampin upMy friend had a little boy and a little girl so I wanted to give them both their own card.  I love banners and the Banner Banter stamp set from Stampin’ Up! just makes it so easy to create hand stamped bunting/banners.

baby card using banners from Stampin UpI hand stamped the heart background using the Chalk Lines stamp set from Stampin’ Up! and added the little bootee’s from the Something for Baby stamp set.

handmade baby card stampin upThis is the inside of the card on the right but can you spot my mistake?  I made a mistake twice, seriously TWICE!! I had to re-stamp the blue hearts background three times!!  Here is my first mistake…………

Adorable cards – real keepsakes. I’m so glad I’m not the only one whose craft table ends up like your photo! I just get so excited about an idea I can’t stop and that’s the end result (except for the card!).
