I made this handmade birthday card a while back using the Flowering Flourishes stamp set from the Annual Stampin’ Up! catalogue. It is pretty simple and I used a mix of whisper white and very vanilla for the flowers and the sentiment.
I heat embossed the flourish with early espresso embossing powder on the Baked Brown Sugar cardstock background and simply added some flowers and rhinestones.
A simple card when sometimes simply is all that is needed, especially at this time of year.
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas. We had a crazy family Christmas on Christmas Day and Boxing day and have spent the last few days chilling and recovering. I’m back to work today as I have some brand new catalogues to post out as the new Spring/Summer Catalogue launches on 6th Jan along with sale-a-bration, the best offer of the year.
You only have one more week to purchase from the current Autumn/Winter seasonal so have a quick browse to make sure there isn’t anything you cannot live without before it goes for good.
Let me know if you would like a copy of the new catalogue!
Wishing you all a Happy New Year and hoping that the year ahead brings you peace and happiness.
Very pretty card, Michelle! I never got those Bigz dies, they look awesome on a card…guess I need to break down and do that…LOL!
Hugs and keep smiling…
