I made a card using the sketch from Stamping&Blogging and decided to make a spinner card. I used the Flower Patch stamps from Stampin’ Up!, it is hard to see that it spins in the photo below but trust me it does work!
Can you see the thread in the die cut circle? I stamped two large grey flowers and glued the thread in between the die cut flowers. I then secured the thread at the top and bottom of the circle and made sure I positioned the flower perfectly so that none of the petals touched the edge of the circle otherwise it would not spin.
I decorated the front of the card and added some sparkle and once I had written the card I flipped the flower over several times so that once the recipient opens the card the flowers will spin :0)
