I made another handmade wedding card, I’m on a roll! I simply love the new stamp set ‘For the new two’ and seem to be reaching for it often at the moment. I was inspired by the colours in the Stacked with love paper stack and here is what I made –
The ribbon I used is the free ribbon you can choose with a £45 order during sale-a-bration. I love how it contrasts with the blushing bride and crisp cantaloupe colours.
I created a lift up tag on the front of the card and the ribbon keeps the flap laying flat. When you lift up the flap you can see another stamped greeting –
Here is the sketch which inspired me –
Whilst you are busy reading this post I am in Orlando on a Stampin’ Up! leadership conference. I cant wait to tell you all about it and I sincerely hope its a darn site warmer than the weather I left behind but I don’t suppose there will be much time for soaking up the suns rays as its rather a fleeting trip. I will be back Monday morning and hope to have taken lots of photos to share with you.
Let’s go and see what the other talented ladies have made (two of whom are also on the trip in Orlando with me!) –
Sandi MacIver -USA
Amy Koenders – USA
Lee Conrey – USA
Claire Daly – Australia
