I reached for my new stash when I was making this card using a sketch from Stamping&Blogging. I have been itching to use the new Something Lacy from Stampin’ Up! and it had a wedding feel so I decided to make a Wedding card but it could also be used for a Wedding Anniversary too!
I used the new ‘For the New Two’ stamp set from the Spring & Summer seasonal catalogue and teamed it with the free paper from the Sale-a-bration offer. The paper has a glossy pattern which is perfect for colouring but I decided to leave it plain so as not to detract from the something lacy background stamp.
I used the Silver Fancy Foil Vellum for the three banners and the gorgeous new embellishments to add some dimension.
I used one of the other stamps for the inside too, I just love the font….
Here is the sketch which inspired my card
So let’s see what the other design team members have made with the same sketch….

Here are the Stampin’ Up! products I used to make this wedding card, pop by my shop by clicking the product images below and don’t forget that if you spend £45 you can choose a free item, such as the paper I used in my card!
