We have a new niece. My sister in law Janet, has just had a baby girl called Holly and I am absolutely delighted for them all. So I had the lovely job of making a handmade baby card for them. I thought I would try something different and make those cute little frilly baby knickers you see….
I used the very pretty delicate designs embossing folder to create the frills on whisper white cardstock and used the matching large scallop die to cut out the scallop. I then layered the embossed pieces to create the frills…
I drew the knickers freehand a couple of time to get the shape and size about right and layered it onto the heart paper from the Stacked with Love paper stack. It needed a pink accent so I finished if off with some ribbon and buttons and the tiny sentiment welcome baby.
I can’t wait to meet her and give her a cuddle.
