This is one of the cards we made at my monthly technique class last week. We made three cards in total using the very popular Happy Scenes stamp set. I adore the window frame from the Hearth & Home Thinlits Dies, I have used it on so many cards and not just Christmas cards.
I made two versions of this card but this was my favourite. I created a little hinge using cardstock to make the window frame open.
Look at that cute little bird! That is another find from the Tree Builder Punch!
So something a little different today, not Christmas at all! The Happy Scenes bundle is proving very popular so make sure you get your order in fast so you have it in plenty of time for Christmas. Next month we are using the Oh What Fun stamp set and making Christmas tags, hope you can join me.

What a super idea Michelle … a window that opens! Why didn’t I think of that myself?! I love this card. Thanks for sharing your ingenious idea and helping us to find the “hinges” so the rest of us can open our windows too! What a great card!!
So clever and adorable!
Oooh do a video of that window that opens …So very cool … Tfs ..Anne
