I made two Mother’s Day cards using the Birthday Blooms Stamp set from Stampin’ Up!
I have seen lots of fancy fold style cards on Pinterest and could not make out how to construct them until I found that a lovely US demo Kirsteen Gill had made a free tutorial. Thanks Kirsten, please pop on over to check out her blog and the beautiful things she makes…
I coloured the flower using Aqua Painters onto Watercolour Paper using Watermelon Wonder and Mint Macaron Ink.
The square framelit dies fit the card size perfectly and the sentiment is from Greatest Greetings from Stampin’ Up!
I made two cards in two colour schemes…
This one was using Pear Pizzazz, Mossy Meadow and Bermuda Bay.
Pretty simple once you know how and once you have the instructions printed out in front of you 😉
The World’s best Mother stamp is from the A Nice Cuppa Stamp set.
All supplies are from Stampin Up and if you wish to order anything, simply click the images below to go direct to my online shop and don’t forget to use the hostess code and get a free thank you gift from me if your order is £20+ (and less than £150).
Thanks for stopping by.
I love these cards. I especially love the lay out. Is there any chance you would do a vide on how to make this style card? Gorgeous cards!
I won’t be making a video as its not my tutorial Mary, but I have linked to the tutorial in my blog post so you can download it yourself for free and follow the instructions.
