I’m back and have made a card for the Global Design Project.
It is a simple sketch this week so I kept it simple.
I reached for one of the new In Colours which is being launched on 1st June in the new annual catalogue. It is called Flirty Flamingo and I used the ink to create the watercolour wash background too.
I cut several of the ‘hello’ thinlits dies and in Flirty Flamingo and glued and layered them up. I topped it with a white hello die cut which I staggered to create a shadow. I made the watercolour wash background with an aqua painter on to whisper white cardstock and then heat embossed some small dots from the Timeless Textures stamp set. Finally a splash of rhinestones to add some sparkle.
We would love to see what you lovely people create using the same sketch below –
Pop on over to the Global Design Project to see what all the design team have made with the same sketch.
The retiring list is still available by clicking the Going, Going Gone graphic on the right and lots of items have already sold out so don’t let your favourites disappear for good.
Gorgeous Michelle! Check out all those layers – wow!
