I am delighted to share that I am part of a new blog hop who will be sharing a technique with you each month for the beginner crafter. We will share a project made with minimal Stampin Up supplies which is perfect for the new crafter who does not own much stash.
This month we are focusing on using punches and I reached for the Bitty Butterfly Punch and the Word of Art Stamp set.
I stamped a panel using three colours of ink. I stamped each colour twice to get a darker hue first and then a lighter colour below.
I punched out the butterflies in the same colours of cardstock but wanted to create a similar inked effect on them so used the small circle stamp to stamp repeatedly in the same colour ink on the same colour card and then just punched out the butterflies in an area where I like the effect…
We will be sharing a simple card using a different style or technique on the first Wednesday of each month so I really hope you enjoy hopping around the blogs, each from a country where Stampin Up is based. Next up is the wonderful France Martin in the United States.
If you wish to purchase any of the products used to make this card simply click the images below to go direct to my online shop and purchase to your hearts content 24/7. Thanks for stopping by x
