I recently set a challenge to my team of Stampin Up Demonstrators to make a project using our range of die cut flowers.
We have so many lovely dies to use featuring flowers as shown below –
I wanted to make something using the new Flourishing Phrases Stamp set and matching Flourish Thinlits….
I made a simple bereavement card and stamped the background with leaves in Smoky Slate Ink. I wrapped a piece of vellum around the card and stamped ‘With Sympathy’. I adore the circle/flower border die cut and added that with a handmade flower using the Flourish Thinlits. I die cut two flowers and sandwiched a layer of vellum between the two die cuts. I added another smaller die cut flower and finished it off with a (retired) sparkly accent.
So now that I have whet your appetite, lets go an see what some of my wonderful team of demo’s have been busy making. There are 22 entries and I am sharing their beautiful creations with you below….. But I need your help as I would love you to vote for your three favourite projects using die cut flowers.
All you have to do is click the heart in the top right hand corner of the image on your 3 favourite projects.
I will award the overall winner with a £20 stamping spree with me as a thank you for taking part. You have until Thursday 14th July at midnight (GMT) to vote and the winner will be announced on my blog on Friday.
I hope you are inspired by all our creations and please enjoy looking at the lovely projects, voting and perhaps visit my team blogs and leave a comment or two?
All the supplies I used to make my card is shown at the end of the blog post.
