I have made a shaker Christmas card using the Hang Your Stocking stamps and Christmas Stocking Thinlit Dies. I embossed the edge of the Crumb Cake card with the retired Boughs & Berries Embossing Folder which is AVAILABLE IN THE CLEARANCE RACK for £4.20 in my online shop!
I stamped the stocking in Blushing Bride ink and positioned it behind the die cut stocking. I added a piece of acetate window sheet behind the die cut and added the foam adhesive strips to add dimension and room for me to add the fancy frost sequins.
I embossed the crumb cake cardstock with the Boughs & Berries Embossing Folder which is NOW £4.20 on the Clearance Rack – grab it quick before it sells out! Ignore the price listed in the showcase below, it will change when you get to my shop.
I sponged the raised impression with Whisper White Ink and added more ink using an aqua painter on the holly and berries to make them stand out more.
I stamped the sentiment in Basic Black Ink and added the linen thread, rhinestones and silver bells to finish it off.
Can you see I also added some Dazzling Diamonds glitter to the sequins to add some sparkle too 😉
