I just wanted to share this beautiful advent calendar I received from one of my team Kim Meiklejohn. I was so touched by this personal gift and have enjoyed opening each envelope each day and being greeted with a new flavour of tea from Fortnum and Mason no less!
Each day has a little pocket with a tea bag inside and Kim used the large number framelits to add each day of December to the envelope.
I am so touched that Kim thought of me and also that she took the time to make something handmade, I encourage you to take the time to make something handmade and share over the holiday season.
I have also received so many cards congratulating me on my awards at the recent Stampin Up OnStage events, Christmas cards and gifts too! I have not had a moment since I got back from my holiday as I have caught a horrible cough and cold but I wanted to let the thoughtful people know that their kindness is much appreciated and it means so much to me – thank you!
Wishing you all a lovely Christmas break, filled with fun and laughter. Thank you for supporting me over the last year, what would I do without you all? Catalogues are being posted on Christmas Eve so that you all have something pretty to look at in between Christmas and New Year and I look forward to sharing lots of new things with you in the new year.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart xx
These advent pouches are SO adorable…what a lovely friend you have, Michelle! Hope you get better quickly & enjoy your Christmas & New Year’s!
Michelle the advent pouches are such a nice idea. What nice people you know. Is there a tutorial?
I don’t think there is a tutorial Sandra but I think she used the envelope punch board to make the pouches x
