Dragonfly Dreams from Stampin' Up

I am sharing a card with you today using the Dragonfly Dreams stamp set which is a new set from the Spring/Summer Seasonal Catalogue.

I added a touch of sparkle by adding versarmark to the dotty stamp and sprinkling heat and stick powder so that it sticks to the versamark ink. Heat & Stick powder is basically fine powdered glue so once set with a heat tool it melts and when you quickly sprinkle the dazzling diamonds glitter into the heat & stick powder is sticks to the melted glue.

I coloured the beautiful dragonfly wings with an aqua painter and added the greeting from the same stamp set to finish it off!

The outside dots are stamped with mint macaron ink and the outline of the dragonfly is stamped in Stazon so that when I coloured the wings the outline did not bleed.
