I have a pretty romantic card for you today and I used the Delicate Details stamp set which is free from Stampin’ Up! when you spend £45/€60. We have a sketch challenge with the Global Design Project this week and it is a really simple sketch with some many possibilities.
The delicate details stamp set is so pretty and feminine and I stamped in versamark and heat embossed in white embossing powder. I wanted to add some more sparkle to I added some Silver Glimmer paper as a strip and then stamped the sentiment from Falling For You. I wasn’t sure whether to add sequins, rhinestones or some more bling but I decided to heat emboss one of the wooden heart embellishments with silver embossing powder.
This is this weeks sketch and we would love you to join us and make a project using the sketch below.
Why don’t you pop on over to see what the rest of the design team members have made with this sketch over at the Global Design Project, there are some real beauties with brand new product from the seasonal and sale-a-bration and you won’t want to miss them.
Please share your makes with us and join this weeks challenge. If you would like to get this stamp set for free you simply need to place an order for £45. All the supplies I have used are shown below, click the images below to go direct to my online shop and if you spend £20+ please use the monthly hostess code to receive a free thank you gift from me along with the sale-a-bration freebies.
Stunning, I especially love the heat embossed heart! Gorgeous!
Beautiful Michelle
Awesome.
SUPERBE
You never disappoint us with ideas Michelle. I too love the versitility of these borders. I did similar card on black, prefer the grey. Will redo my ideas.
Really pretty card, Michelle. I like your very thin strip of glimmer paper and embossing that wooden heart is something I would not have thought of. Always learn something exciting from your posts!

Gorgeous and elegant! Love the embossed silver heart. <3 xo
Absolutely stunning. I didn’t really care for this set until I saw this set. Gorgeous! Thanks for opening my eyes.
I’ve just ordered these Michelle, thanks for the inspiration
Great choice of colors! Love it, now I need this stampset too!
I love the Delicate Details and the way you have embossed the heart embellishment!
How do you keep these stamps in a straight line?
I used my grid paper Darlene. I lay my cardstock on grid paper and use the lines either side of the cardstock to line up the stamp. You can also use washi tape as a guide and remove it once you have stamped. Hope that helps x
