All this week I am going to be blogging about
buying the Stampin Up Starter Kit and becoming a demonstrator
Today I am focusing on my team called the Pinkies. As I have been a demo for quite a long time I have been lucky enough to build a large team across Europe and have the privilege to work alongside this amazing group of men and women. We all share a passion for paper crafting and have made memories and friendships over the years whilst enjoying being part of Stampin Up.
Every demonstrator has the potential to build a team up to 3 levels. My 1st level downline are the recruits who have joined me directly, the levels 2-3 are team members still in my team but have another person as their own team leader.
We have formed a collective group where we share ideas, inspiration whilst offering help and support. We have a wonderful private network of Facebook groups as well as holding monthly team events as well as a team crafting weekend in Birmingham in June.
I offer training and support as well as sharing regular resources such as newsletters, project instructions, events and recognition. I love to spoil my team and thank them for joining with me.
The products is why people join and the people is why people stay. I cannot imagine my life without Stampin Up and my team as well as my customers and colleagues from all across the world.
To see my team members shine makes me so proud and has been an unexpected pleasure as I never expected that my little crafting hobby would lead to this fantastic opportunity and the chance to work full time on a job I love with wonderful, supportive teamies and friends.
I have no formal direct sales leadership experience and everything I have learned has been from experience of my own journey with Stampin Up. I continue to be one of the highest achieving demos and make it my business to share and encourage the team members who also want to strive to succeed.
Everyone is welcome to join my team, there is no distinction between us and we all have something to share. We have a team motto, “A good Pinkie never leaves a man behind”.
We simply all love to craft, love Stampin Up and love having each other to share it with!
Why not join the fun too? Don’t forget there are two additional stamp sets of any value when you join by the end of March!
More tomorrow please get in touch if you have questions or would like an open honest chat about joining.
I am writing to ask you about your Dec. 13, 2016 Christmas card, which I just love. I am wondering what c.s. you used to die cut the wreath with the swirly scribbles? It looks like soft suede possibly? I would love to know.
Thank you and I hope you are having a wonderful day.
Shirley (in Canada)
Thank you for getting in touch Shirley, it is Soft Suede I used for the wreath, well spotted. Enjoy recreating this card my sweet x
Hi Michelle,
I am interested in signing up as a demonstrator for the discounts. Am I right in saying I can choose my starter kit from any catalogue items. I have seen your blogs this week, and it seems to make sense to sign up. I have always ordered from you, and would sign up with you, if thats ok.
Sylvia
Hi Sylvia, You are absolutely right, you can choose any current goods of your choice from the annual and seasonal catalogue to the value of £130 (not a penny more) and then two additional stamp sets of any value. It makes sense for the stamp sets to be the most expensive on your wish list. THank you for joining with me, that makes me super happy and I look forward to welcoming you to the team xx Let me know if you have any problems x
