Beautiful Bouquet from Stampin’ Up!

Look at the beautiful array of flowers in the Beautiful Bouquet Stamp Set from Stampin’ Up!  It pairs beautifully with the Jar of Love stamp set which I wanted to use as we are casing Steffi Helmschrott at the Global Design Project this week.

I really enjoyed stamping and die cutting several of the flowers from the Beautiful Bouquet set and then arranging them in the jar from Jar of Love.  I stamped the jar with versa mark and heat embossed it in white embossing powder and heat set it in vellum which was over laid onto a stamped grey jar to add a little dimension.

It meant I could also tie a bow around the top of the jar and secure it in place.

I stamped the greeting using a berry burst marker and a base grey marker and used the Berry Burst to pick out the words picked and friend.

I added a hand drawn line around the edge and a little strip of patterned paper to add some interest.
