My heart is full….. I have just had the most wonderful team weekend and only got back Sunday evening and had yet to make my Global Design Project card. Just before I left for the retreat I received my delivery and got my long awaited for This Little Piggy Stamp Set. I don’t think I could love a stamp set more.
I could NOT wait to get this stamp set inky and when I saw the theme for this weeks challenge I was stumped for a moment as it was Wheels, yes wheels!!!! But having spent the weekend with a incredible people and really being so thankful to have a fantastic team and for Stampin’ Up! I wanted to use the greeting in this set and of course use the colour pink as our team name is the Pinkies and so I just had to use the piggies, wheels or no wheels.
I used some artistic license and added some roller skates using a marker pen and the new mini sequins for wheels. I hope the lovely GDP organise Louise forgives me 🙂
There are so many lovely new elements on this card and I could not be happier after spending the weekend with team members who I adore to get stamping.
I am filled with inspiration after seeing so many samples and projects. I received amazing swaps, attended some fabulous classes including how to get the blue on the background using watercolour pencils (thank you Sarah Berry) and laughed until my jaw hurt.
I love my team, they are inspirational, kind, supportive and great great fun! I am truly blessed and they truly make me happy.
Now don’t be afraid to think outside the box and find a way to add wheels to your crafting projects and join the Global Design Project challenge this week. We would love you to enter!
Simply pop on over to the Global Design Project to see what the other design team members have made and come and join the fun!

That is just brilliant, so love that stamp set, was my prize patrol at On Stage Local in Sydney.
OMG! Saw your card on the GDP post and had to take a closer look. Love this card and your creativity. That piggy is cute, but even cuter with the skates. Thanks for the laugh… a great start to the week.
Hi Michelle! This is a darling card! And exactly how did you get the blue on the background? 🙂
I am curious as to how you did the blue background, as well. Very clever card!!
You’re marvelous ! I like the roller skates
So sweet! Tfs
If this little roller skating piggy isn’t the cutest thing ever then what is?! I love it!
Just saw this on GDP and came to see the post because this is genius. I had a book as a kid about roller skating elephants and it reminded me of that.
I had to laugh when I saw your piggy on wheels!
This card couldn’t be more happy and wonderful, Michelle! Such a happy fella!
