I created a moving card using the You Move Me stamp set from Stampin’ Up! for this weeks Global Design Project challenge. When I first saw this stamp set in the catalogue I was a little perplexed by the striped images but when I saw a demo of how the card worked I was absolutely blown away.
Click here> I have a video on my Instagram account where you can see it moving.
How I made the Moving Card
I used our mini treat bag thinlits die and then die cut the horizontal lines using the die from Move Me Thinlits.
I stamped the pretty flowers and leaves and die cut them using the You Move Me bundle.
The greeting on the front is heat embossed in gold and from the One Big Meaning Stamp set.
The butterfly lined image is stamped twice in two colours, Melon Mambo and Blushing Bride and finally I added the beautiful ombre ribbon to made a loop to slide the insert in and out.
This week at the Global Design Project we have a sketch challenge. We would love you to join in this week and enter your own project into the sketch challenge. Let’s pop on over to the Global Design Project blog to see what the other design team members have made using the same sketch.
All the items I have used to make this card are available in the new catalogue and can be purchased from my online shop. Click any of the images at the bottom of this blog post to go direct to my shop to place your order.
Don’t forget to add the monthly hostess code if you spend more than £20 to receive a free thank you gift from me.
