Today I have an anniversary/love theme card for this weeks theme challenge over at the Global Design Project.
I wanted to go non-traditional and steer clear of hearts, pink and red and try something new. I adore the Message in a Bottle stamp set and love its quirky creatures and fun quotes and it’s a great price too!
The sails were stamped and fussy cut to add dimension and I did the same to the waves too. A perfect card my my lovely hubby and I was going to say not a heart in sight but then I realised I did add a cheeky little heart.
The embossed background on the card front was perfect to signify waves with the boat theme. The embossing folder is called Seaside and available from my shop along with all the other products used to make this card.
Why not join our theme challenge this week over at the Global Design Project and make a special card for the sweetheart in your life just because?
Let’s pop over and see what the other design team members have made using the same Wedding/Anniversary theme and be inspired!

What a cute card, very lovely!
What a great card Mischelle. And I like the idea not to do anything with hearts and red. It is good to challenge yourself 🙂
