Welcome to my newly designed Stampin’ Up! blog.
It is still me, Michelle Last, I’m still a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator but I have simply had a refresh and rebrand. It has been a long time coming and I have been working closely with Catherine Carroll to create my new design Stampin’ Up! blog. I am so happy with the result and I hope you like it too!
Have a good look around and click all the buttons and tabs so that you don’t miss anything and if anything isn’t clear do let me know.
If you don’t want to miss out and want to be emailed when I share a new post be sure to subscribe to my blog via email (bottom right) to be kept up to date.
As I am sharing ‘NEW’ with you today I thought I’d share some new stamps coming very very soon. You may know that the new annual catalogue is launching on 1st June and it is filled to the brim with lots of lovely new products. If you would like a paper copy simply fill out form when clicking the Request a catalogue button (on the right).
The stamp set I have used is called Animal Outing and has the cutest animals which you can colour and die cut to your hearts content.
I cannot say I have ever put a kangaroo on a card before and definitely not with his Rhino and Giraffe friends but they simply look adorable together!
It is a great set as it has greetings for several occasions and comes as a bundle with 7 coordinating dies.
You cannot see on my card as the kangaroo’s tummy is hidden but she has a little koala in her pouch! There is even a frog on the branch! Animal lovers are going to go crazy for this set.
I teamed it with the gorgeous Hardwood Background stamp and created a square frame with the Layering Squares framelits. I used green cardstock in Pear Pizzazz, Old Olive and the brand new colour Granny Apple Green. I coloured my animals with Stampin’ Blends and hand cut them out as I don’t own the dies yet. I did say yet 🙂
All the items I used are available in the new annual catalogue, be sure to request your own paper copy ready for the launch on 1st June.
And the greeting is intended for all of you for visiting my blog and supporting my business. I really do mean it – THANK YOU BIG TIME!
So go and enjoy the bank holiday weekend. I hope the thunderstorm has cleared the air and that you get lots of sunshine.
Wishing you Blue Skies and Sunny Days (a little throw back to my old blog).
Love your card creation! So cute, I can’t wait to be able to order this set. I’m loving your new blog too! Very clean looking and easy to get around it.
