I love texture and the new Stitched All Around Bundle from Stampin’ Up! gives a lovely die cut and stitched edge to label die cuts. When you team it with the greetings you have a beautiful vintage inspired label for your card or project which will finish it off a treat!
If you enjoy using your sewing machine to get that stitching effect on your papercraft projects, you are going to love this die set. There are 6 label die cuts which each have their own unique stitching, some super intricate and others less so.
The coordinating stamp set has greetings which fit the die cuts and some extra stamped images which add some detail to your cards.
I used the quilt top embossing folder to emboss the card base and layered the large white die cut with loads of fabulous stitching onto the card front with dimensionals.
Although white was my main colour I decided to add a pop of colour with the greetings which I stamped in versamrk and heat embossed in gold embossing powder and punched out using the everyday label punch. I raised the punched shape on dimensionals so this card has bags of texture and layers.
I finished by adding a few enamel shapes (sadly retired now) to add a little accent of colour and shine.
Super quick and easy and the new Big Shot Platform which includes the thin die adapter which makes cutting intricate dies a breeze. The centre section of the Big Shot Platform is raised so that you get good results no matter where you cut on the platform and the thin die adapter adds a little extra depth to cut all those intricate cuts first time.
