I created a card using the Seasonal Wreath Embossing folder from Stampin’ Up! It is a perfect size for embossing a whole card front and decorating to suit your season. It would look great as a Christmas card but I decided to simply make a pretty shimmery wreath and decorate it with flowers from the First Frost Stamp Set.
I did actually use the raised embossed side of the Sahara Sand rectangle although I think it does look like the debased side has bene used. I used a sponge dauber and the Frost White Shimmer paint to add some shimmer and sparkle to the raised seasonal wreath.
I haven’t used tranquil tide cardstock before but I think it looks pretty with the Pool Party card stock base and flowers from the First Frost stamp set.
Did you notice the leaves trinkets metal accents which add texture and dimension to the card too?
The flowers and die cut leaves are from the First Frost Bundle and have simply been stamped in Pool Party and Old Olive and die cut and layered.
Don’t forget the inside..
Why not use a coordinating piece of patterned paper from the Frosted Floral Designer Series Paper to accent the inside too?
There is lots of texture on this card and all using the one stamp set called First Frost. This is such a beautiful suite of products and hopefully in the last week I have convinced you that its a must have addition for your craft stash.

This is a beautify card Michelle. I can imagine it looks stunning in the flesh with the Forest White Shimmer Paint. Just today I received the First Frost Bundle, DSP and all the Shimmer Paints. I’m itching to use them but I need to make so many things for my granddaughters 4th birthday party first. I guess I’ll just need to contain myself, or try. Thanks for your inspiration. Take care.
