For our OnStage event in Orlando, lots of demos swap cards. You arrive with how ever many cards you can comfortably made in one design and then when you arrive at the event you swap them with other demonstrators. I made this card using the First Frost Stamp set.
It means you go with lots of the same design but come home with lots in different and varying designs.
Are you sitting down? Guess how many I made? 150 of these little beauties, seriously I nearly lost the plot at several points but I know that when I arrive home with lots of new creations from across the world I will be glad I stuck with it!
I used the First Frost stamp set {one of my favourites} and the colour combination of Soft Seafoam, Blackberry Bliss, Basic Grey for the cardstock.
I stamped the flowers using Blackberry Bliss and Garden green and die cut them along with the thin frame.
A final diagonal stripe of yardstick was all that was needed. I did not add a greeting as that can be added afterwards and makes the card much more useful.
The finished size was 10.5 x 10.5cm
I promise to share a video sharing all the swaps I received to inspire you.
If you fancy having a go at making this card, all the supplies I used to create the card are shared below. Simply click the image to go direct to that item in my online shop. More details on how to order etc are on my blog and please remember to use the monthly hostess code when shopping online with me to receive a free thank you card and gift for supporting my small business.
Can’t wait to see all of the swaps you received in return for all of your blood, sweat and tears – haha! Yours is so lovely!
