I have a real beauty to share with you today using the So Many Stars Bundle. What a gorgeous set this is and the dies with the stitched edging are simply stunning.

I love the simplicity of the card and left the card base plain so that the embossing and the stitching could take centerstage.
It was pretty quick to make too. I die cut a star on the front layer of the card using one of the star die cuts from the Stitched Stars Dies set.
On the die cut piece, I stamped the pretty decorative stamp in versa mark in the centre of the star and heat embossed using Silver Embossing Powder. You can do this before or after scoring but if you do it after you may not get a stamped impression on the scored lines.
With the die cut piece I scored each point to the opposite point and folded the score lines so that the long score lines were raised pointing upwards and the short score lines was dipped facing downwards.

The beautiful thing about this card is when you open it the star is glued to the inside of the card!

I added a small greeting from the Itty Bitty Christmas Stamp set as it was small and did not distract from the star.

I love how simple it is from the front too when put on display.
It will be a bit of a pickle to post as it has some depth to it so I would suggest giving it by hand to a loved one close to home.
