Last night we found out how we had performed over the last year in Sales, Recruiting and Leadership in our roles as Stampin’ Up! demonstrators. Next week I will be attending the live event in Dortmund, Germany to celebrate all things Stampin’ Up! including walking the stage if we were in the top achievers for our country. I am truly blessed to have been recognised…
Across all demonstrators in the United Kingdom I was the 2nd biggest seller. What wonderful customers I have who support me and my business and make my job so rewarding and fun.
On 15th of this month I will have been a demo for 12 years. I could never have imagined that I could achieve so much and have built a full time business doing something I love and still be doing it 12 years later. I am so thankful to everyone who has ever supported me and my business.
Based on our sales, our recruiting and how well our team promote we are then ranked across the UK to find out top 10 demonstrators overall. I am truly delighted to have been awarded #2 spot in the UK. I have a huge team across Europe and nine of my team were also ranked in the top categories across Europe.
It is always nerve wracking to see the results and I won’t lie, it’s been a tough year. The UK economy has been hit hard and we are facing challenging market conditions so to still be achieving despite the difficulties we have faced blows my mind.
This award is given based on all my own activities, the sales of my amazing customers and the activity of my wonderful team. Without you all I simply would not be able to earn these awards and accolades and I am truly thankful.
The last achievement was being ranked in the top 100 Stampin’ Up! demonstrators globally. There are over 50,000 demonstrators across the world and I ranked #35 in the whole world! I was watching the video sharing the rankings and my heart was in my mouth, would I be mentioned, what if I didn’t rank this year and then boom #35 and my name was called. I had my family gathered around the computer screen with me and it was a lovely to be able to share the moment with them.
What is even better is I get to share it all again next week when I go to Dortmund in Germany to celebrate at our OnStage LIVE event hosted by Stampin’ Up! That means I get to shout and cheer my fellow demonstrators and team members as they walk across the stage.
I actually have 10 members of my team recognised in the top 5, top 10 or Global 100. How awesome and how proud I am.. So the first thing I did this morning was pop a little something in the post to them to say how wonderful they are to me, we are in the card making business after all!
So thank you for taking the time to share in my celebrations today. If I have been able to achieve these things, then anyone can. It is not too late to start, come and join me and my time today, you won’t regret it for a moment!
Thank you for all your support or my business over these last 12 years. I could not have done it without you – mwah!
