It is a wonderful thing to have to make a card for a new baby arriving into the world. Not only one but two of my team have recently welcomed their first grandchild into their family which means I get to create two new baby cards! I could not wait to dust of the Baby Pull Toys set and get making….
Such cute little animals that were a pleasure to colour using our Stampin’ Blends. I felt that I needed to make this card extra special so added some dimension to the lions mane and the elephants ears to make it a little more WOW.
The photo above illustrates the texture from fussy cutting some ears and mane and then colouring on both sides. I think they look SO cute and it would make a lovely wall sampler for a new born too.
The patterned paper is from the most amazing paper stack offered for FREE to those who spend £150 or host a party. It is called the Pattern Party 12×12″ Designer Series Paper and more details can be found don page 171 of the annual catalogue.
