You may have heard about the Stampin’ Up! starter kit but you may be wondering what is included? How much does the starter kit cost? Let me share more details and answer your questions to see if joining is the right choice for you.

Joining Stampin’ Up is ALWAYS a great deal. The starter kit costs £99 (or €129 if you are based in Europe). You can choose to add ANY products of your choice from our current catalogues to the value of £130 (€175 if you are based in Europe). You decide what you need from our catalogues which makes the starter kit personal to you and your crafting style.
What to add to your Stampin’ Up! starter kit?
It can be difficult to choose what to add to your starter kit when there are so many to choose from, so I have complied a list of suggested items. (Click the pink titles to see the choice/price in my online shop). This kit is based on someone who does not already own any Stampin’ Up! supplies and wants to build their collection. I recommend you choose items you love and cannot wait to get your hands on as you will be excited to get crafting as soon as your delivery arrives.
- Coloured Cardstock
Buy multipacks of our coloured A4 cardstock. Each pack contains 2 sheets of 10 colours from a specific colour family. Chose two packs for your starter kit purchase and then two packs in your first order as a demo and enjoy the discount. You will then have ALL our coloured cardstock and be ready to craft for any occasion.

- Pre-cut Note cards & Envelopes
We sell notecards and envelopes which are cut and scored ready to use. They are smaller than the usual C6 card size which makes it less overwhelming when starting out crafting. - Basic White A4 Cardstock
A staple product that every crafter needs. - Paper Trimmer
Another must have if you don’t own one already. This is great all round trimmer which makes cutting all your paper and card a breeze. Comes with a cutting and scoring blade. - Memento Black Ink Pad
Every crafter needs a go-to black ink pad. You’ll love the coverage of this dye ink pad which is perfect for all your stamped images as well as sentiments/greetings. - Coloured Ink Pads
Our dye based ink pads are a staple for every crafter. Choose at least 3 different colours to compliment the stamp sets in your starter kit or collection. - Stamp Set
Choose at least one stamp set which you love and has a mix of images and greetings. If you can find a stamp set bundle that has a matching punch to fit in your budget – even better! - Clear Block(s)
If you do not already own clear blocks, you will need at least one or two clear blocks to mount your stamps onto. Every stamp set has a list of suggested clear blocks to use. See the stamp set description in the catalogue. - Adhesive
We stock a selection of adhesive so you can find the perfect one for your project. Choose at least two types when getting started and building up your collection. I’d recommend multipurpose liquid glue and dimensionals.

You can choose £130 (€175 if you are based in Europe) worth of any goods of your choice. Choose the contents of your starter kit based on my recommendations and what you already own. And remember you will be able to order at a discount once you have signed up as a demonstrator so you will soon be able to add to your collection.
Make a list of your chosen items, add them up and get the total to as close to £130 as possible (€175 if in Europe), as you cannot spend over that amount.
You also receive a free business pack with your starter kit, which includes Stampin’ Up catalogues. Give them out to your crafting friends so they can enjoy Stampin’ Up too and maybe help you reach your quarterly minimums.
