Would you like more Easter inspiration? I can feel Spring in the air and I am excited for Easter egg hunts in the garden.

To make this Easter card, I added a curved edge to my card front using the Around the Bend dies. It has a stitched edge although you can’t see it as I have layered eggs and flowers over the top.
All the elements are from the Easter Bunny set which makes it a great value set with a combination of images and greetings with no need to reach for additional stamps. I hand cut the bunny as the punch does not punch out this seated bunny and coloured him with Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends.

The eggs and flowers were coloured and fussy cut and overlapped along the die cut edge using dimensionals to give height. I also wanted to make the bunny hold a carrot so cut and coloured the carrot and made a small cut above and below the bunny arms to slide it through.
I added a strip of the Country Gingham paper on the inside to add a pop of colour. The greeting is heat embossed which is turning into my signature style these days 🙂
All the items I have used are shared below and are available from my online shop. Please remember to use the monthly hostess code when shopping with as I really appreciate you and would love to send you a little something to say thank you.
If you are looking for inspiration for other Easter Projects, I also have some videos shared on YouTube which you may enjoy watching, be gentle as some are rather old 🙂
Thanks so much for hopping by, have a great day!
Hi Michelle! I’ve been following you for years! Love all the items you make! I’m a demonstrator in the San Diego area.
You are so lovely, thanks for your comment, they are a rare commodity these days and very much appreciated.
