I have been playing with the Blossoms in Bloom bundle and it’s love…… And I know you are going to love it too as there are so many possibilities with the bundle.

I decided to start by stamping the flower stamp from the Blossoms in Bloom stamp set onto Whisper White caradstock in Blushing Bride Ink. As this set is a Distinktive stamp. with one stamped impression you get lots of light and dark areas to create shadow and dimension to your stamped image.
The matching dies which are included in the bundle have six dies but and outline die and and inner die which is where the many possibilities for this set come into play.
I decided to keep it clean and simple and just use the outline die which layers perfectly over the top of the stamped image. I really recommend using our Adhesive Sheets to making sticking the dies with a thin edge to your card.
How to use adhesive sheets
- Stick one side of the adhesive sheet to the reverse of your cardstock, leaving one removable layer to peel away after die cutting.
- Die cut your intricate die on the cardstock which will cut through the card and adhesive sheet.
- Remove your die cut and all the extra pieces of unwanted card.
- Peel away the backing of the adhesive sheet and stick in place.
- Easy!

As you can see I could not stop at one card. I teamed the bundle with the Well Said Stamp set which has a greeting for every occasion. So many stamps and so many options and if you wish you can purchase the coordinating dies too.
For the other cards I used Balmy Blue, Highland Heather and Smoky Slate. You can stamp off the image first to get a lighter shade of ink which I did with the Highland Heather. The sentiments have been heat embossed with white embossing powder. A final flourish with a rhinestone and they were complete.
But I did not realise I had made a mistake until they were all complete, can you guess what I did? You will have to go to my Instagram Story to see my rookie error 🙂 (You can see my Instagram at the bottom of this blog page)

That adhesive sheet look like a really good idea.
Browsing around that, I found something called “cling adhesive – from the look of it, that makes the old red rubber stamps stick to the blocks properly? Does it work?
I have a birthday coming up, and while I have stamps and dies coming out of my ears, things to make them easier to use are good!)
Hi Jane, lovely to hear from you. Whilst I can advocate the adhesive sheets as I have used them several times, I have not used the cling adhesive sheets myself yet. Is a great solution though to those old stamps what don’t want to cling to the block x
